The fine print
Terms of Service
Last updated January 2026
1. Agreement
By creating a ReplyOnSite workspace you agree to these terms. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping credentials secure and for all activity in your workspace. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. There are no seat limits and no fees for additional agents.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ReplyOnSite to send unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content, to distribute malware, or to collect payment card data through the chat widget. We may suspend a workspace that puts the platform or other customers at risk.
4. Free service
ReplyOnSite is provided free of charge. Every feature, including the AI assistant, is included for every workspace at no cost. Any optional paid add-ons introduced in the future will always remain optional.
5. Customer data
You own the conversations, visitor records and knowledge base content in your workspace. We process them only to provide the service, and delete them within 30 days of account closure unless a longer period is legally required.
6. AI features
AI replies are generated from the knowledge base content you publish. You are responsible for the accuracy of that content and for reviewing automated replies where accuracy is critical.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in the admin console where practical.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the workspace settings. We may terminate for material breach after notice and a reasonable opportunity to cure.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
